It is a very annoying problem, especially when I have to ask the other party of the 3-way call to input digits for me. I have spoke with Samsung geniuses that "suggested" to do a hard reset. Bad idea since it did not fix the problem and wiped all the data off my phone. Be sure to back everything up. Does anyone have an idea or solution for this annoying problem? I am about to send a "nastygram" to Samsung to see why such an important feature was left off the unit. May be another genius will come up with a firmware upgrade.
