every once in a while, my phone turns off and it won't turn back on.  I hold the button for a long time and nothing happens.  the only thing that gets it to turn on again is if I remove the battery and put it back in.

does this happen with anyone else?  any idea why?

My sister-in-law and I have the same phone, and it happens to both of ours as well.  Hope to find a solution.
