The ICS hack has worked perfectly for me until a few days ago. Whenever I press the “Connect” softkey, my laptop makes three rapid beeps and the Epix screen shows: Status: Check USB Cable Connection. Activesync recognizes my phone, however. I have tried a hard reset and reinstalled the drivers, all of which didn't solve the problem. Anyone know what the problem could be?

Are you plugging your phone straight into your computer or through a USB hub?  Sometimes using a hub can cause issues.  Probably not the issue, but the only thing I can think of.
