sorry if this is late, but if you still want it here it go,  it took me a while to set this up when i change from Att to t-mobile.  heres the site to download the network wizard cab file:

first thing, install the htc wizard network settting cab., the program should be in settings, then the connection tab and there should be newtwork wizard icon.

run the network wizard and follow instuction, and pick the service you want. after that go to message, go to menu, pick multimedia msg. opt, then go to profile tab, and pick new profile:

follow this instruction:

Profile name: T-Mobile MMs   
mmsc url: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
gprs: T-mobile data
gateway: wap 2.0
address: 216.155.165.050
port: 8080

and there you go, u could send a pic to your self to test,  i did the same on my phone, and it works like a charm.

p.s when you run the web, it would try to load the att web stuff, and it wont work, just type in any address you want.  i just change the homepage to something else, something like googl or any home page you want
