I upgraded from the blackjack 1 a few weeks ago, and I really like the Epix.  There are just a few issues I need help with.  I like the haptic feedback vibration, but when I lock the phone, the haptic vibration constantly goes off in my belt clip when I bump my elbow on it.  Can I do anything about it?

Also, another problem is that when I am editing a time in the calander, and try to type a “15″ for 12:15, it automatically types letters.  I have to press the function key to make it type numbers.  Does that make sense?  Is there a way to fix this?

Finally, on my old blackjack, if the phone was ringing while the unit was locked, I could hit the volume key to ignore it (and not take it out of my belt clip).  With the Epix, it appears that the only way is to take the phone out and hit the soft key for Ignore.  Any suggetions?

I can do that when it is unlocked, but when it is locked the only way to ignore the call is to press the soft key for “ignore”.
