This is driving me crazy.  I don't have any boxes checked on reminders, for example, under notifications.  I keep the phone on vibrate.  But when a reminder comes up on my calendar it wakes up the phone and vibrates and alert.  (This also happens with new e-mail notifications, text messages, etc.)  Since I carry it in a universal case when it comes on it hits the touch screen and causes it to open a bunch of junk that I have to get out of.  Does anyone know how I can get it to stop waking up and alerting me except for calls or text messages?  If not, does anyone know how to disable the touch screen?
