I've only had my new Epix for a few weeks.. I had to get a new one cuz I was having the same problem as this one is now. But. Within the last 2 days, the phone just randomly turns off whenever it wants to. My battery is fully charged and it isn't in sleep mode. I try pushing every button in the phone, including the power/wake up button..NOTHING WORKS except to take the battery out & do a hard reset.

WHY IS MY BELOVED PHONE DOING THIS?!?!??!

Any suggestions?? This is the 2nd phone that has done this. Is it something I am doing or is it a phone problem??

HELP.

This is a common issue with the Epix.  It happened to me as well, but after a while it just went away.  I know of it least one other person that had the same experience as me.  So I guess the best advice I have is to wait it out.  If this is unacceptable, then I think you'll just have to try to trade it out again.
