 I am unable to power off unless I pull the battery out. When I hold the red power button, it does not power off. It just flashes and returns to the page.


Also, on occasion, I cannot make/receive calls.

Are you sure you have the right phone?  Epix does not have a red power button… it's body colored on the side.  You'll need to provide more details with your post if you expect any help…
