Hello all,


Having trouble getting my Plantronics Bluetooth headset to sync with the Epix.  This is the second Epix but the same Bluetooth.  Worked fine with my first Epix, not sure why it wont with this one.  The phone does not see the headset no matter what I try…  have reset the phone, made sure both are fully charged, gone through all the steps Samsung suggests… still nothing.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Have you tried seeing if your epix will detect other bluetooth devices?  If not just get one of your friends/coworkers put their phone in bluetooth visible mode and see what happens.

have you tried resettting the bluetooth device.  I know with the Motorolas once it is paired with a device it needs to be reset to pair with another device.
