I've had this happen a couple times.  I can't recall what triggered it the first time, but the last time was a slog dump error.  And when I restarted the phone the phone (the cell signal) was turned off in the wireless manager.  I would click on Phone in the wireless manager to turn it back on, but it would do nothing.  I would try to make a call, it would say “Phone Off”, and then ask me, “The phone is off, do you want to turn it on?”.  I would click yes over and over, and again, it wouldn't do anything.  I tried restarting, taking the battery out, etc., multiple times.  It randomly started working correctly again after maybe the 10th restart.  Has anyone else had this happen, or know a possible solution.  Thanks.
