Bruce,

I have hard reset the phone and set everything up from scratch. I have setup my outlook on the phone BUT I cannot seem to get it to automatically pick up email every 5 min.

Do you have any ideas on where to look and figure out this problem. outlook email was working and then it suddenly stopped so I did a hard reset thinking it would solve the problem.

I could use some expert advice.

P.S. I have done the firmware upgrade to the phone.
