I keep getting a Notification Error box with the following error message in it:

Cannot execute \Program Files\toolcrib\toolcrib.vb

I have recently uninstalled Pocket I-Lock because it didn't work properly. I uninstalled it using the Windows Mobile Device Center.

How do I get rid of this error?

Use a file explorer to go to My Device\Windows\startup and see if there is a file called toolcrib.  If there is, delete the file.  This does not delete a program.  All programs in that folder start when you turn your phone on, so by deleting it hopefully your message will go away.
