im having a problem, when i get a call my phone just vibrates the whole time it doesn’t pulse. also there is no ring sound only until the end of the call when they hang up.

I have this same problem.  I just thought it was my phone.  I only really use the messaging one so I used a program that made it my left soft key.  I do with there was solution, but only having this phone for a week or so have not used it enough to discover the problem.  At least you know your not alone :)
