Guys,
If you could please help me out, it would be very greatly appreciated.
On Friday I have a court hearing to get a restraining order from an ex.
Last week after trying to kidnap me, they called me over and over again. The police told me to let the calls accumulate as missed calls / voice mails, and bring a count in for the judge to see.
In two days there were hundereds of calls and about 10 voicemails.
As the calls stopped, the police had me switch my SIM card to another phone to be sure the call list would not accidently get deleted.
Unfortunately, now when we went back to count the calls, all data is missing! It think it may be from taking the SIM card out. How can we get the MISSED calls back. I called AT&T and they were able to get me a list of the connected calls / voicemails. However they stated they have no records of attempted (missed) calls. They said my only option was to have a lawyer sopena the records from the harrassers phone company. This sounds absolutly painstaking and very expensive for a victim!
Does anyone know a way to recover the records from my phone directly.
My phone is a Samsung Epix -907i. It runs WM6.1 with the ID1 update.
Please help; its for my saftey.
Thanks.
PS … Is it possible this info could be stored in the phones archive???
