Lost touch screen feature

I am having a number of issues with my phone.


  • It locks in sleep mode.
  • says I have one more unread email than I actually have
  • goes a little spastic occasionally and calls random people in my contacts
  • worst one of all, the touch screen stopped working.  So I thought I would do a hard reset and I cant get out of the set up “touch screen” cause the touch still doesn't work!

Please help!!

Do you have the 6.5 rom installed or still on 6.1?  Did you install the ID1 update?
