Is anyone exprienceing a white screen that is labeled “Incoming email Password” popping up??

This happens to my phone consitently and you need to press 'OK' or 'Cancel' on the soft buttons.

What does it do and how can I stop it????

FYI – I think Rick fixed this issue by:

“deleting the entire express phone program and reinstalling it. That screen has not popped up since.”
