How to set incoming caller id

I'm having trouble with the incoming caller id.  When someone calls me it only shows that I have an incoming call.  It doesn't show the number until I press answer.  If I set a picture of that person who has called me then it will show the pciture.  But that is the only way I would know who is calling me.  I tried the setting under the phone caller id settncg, but that is only for my id to be shown. Please help me out! I am a person who likes to know who the heck is calling me.

imalice, i think this may be some kind of bug or interference with some other software. The Samsung Epix is supposed to pop up a notification bubble (similar to when you get a new text/email) that displays the number and name of who is calling.Do you have S2U2 or rlToday installed? If so try installing each and calling your phone and see if you get the notification bubble.
