How do I make a downloaded ringtone my text message ringtone?

I downloaded a ringtone off of Myxer and when I tried to apply it as my text tone it wasnt on the drop down list but it is in the drop down list on ringtones. Ringtones that have been bluetoothed to me show up in the text tone list but not downloaded tone. What do I do to make it my text ringtone?

*** I have already tried copying the tone to the My Ringtones folder and it still doesnt show up**

**The type it saved as it mp3-drm**
