The left button next to the mouse is the start menu.  I was messing with the program folder and now the pgrams does not apear on the start menu.  Where it was once Programs and Settings, it is now just settings….how do I get it back?

Also, with Vista, you get Mobile Device Manager instead of Active sync.  Now, I can't find the Windows folder where I could on ActiveSync
