Hi, I just got my Epix the other day and the only problem I have been having with it is that it cannot connect to the MEdiaNet, I can't send or recieve MMS messages, and I cant connect to the internet through Internet Explorer.(I'm assuming all is because it cannot connect to the internet.)

Could someone help me set up the device so that it can connect to AT&T's mobile pay-per-use internet service. I do have an AT&T account and I have made sure that I do have the pay-per-use plan on my phone line.


Your help is greatly appreciated and greatly needed.

I fixed it! All I had to do was hard reset the device and it was corrected on the next boot up.


Make sure you back up your contacts and media before restoring.
