Happens to me almost daily. I have to make sure i shut the phone down daily, soft resets have become my best friend and atleast 1 a month now I have to do a hard reset. I love the idea of this phone but  have been fighting with mine for over 1 yr now. Need my phone have not had time to fight with att and wait for replacements has been a huge pain in the a**…. I lose sooo much with a hard reset if I am at work and not at home with my computer when it decides to go stupid all together ( i.e. dropped calls, quits ringing, no texts in or out and Noooo internet service. Just to mention some). Soooo any new ideas PLEASE let me know otherwise counting down the end of contract next may.

Did you install in app right before it starting freezing?  I know in the past I've installed an app or two that made my phone go a little crazy.
