I have an international user who got to Singapore and now his direct push does not work. He tells me that when he clicks to Send/Receive in Outlook Mobile it says, “Error Synchronizing”. Becuase he is on a different time zone I need to send him a list of things to check. Can anyone give me a checklist of all the things to do/check to try to make this work? I know the phone should work in Singapore; I've had users there before. The user has Epix on AT&T with a complete world traveller data and voice plans.
