Hi All,

According to the user guide, I should be able to lock my phone from the start screen by press-and-hold on the hangup/lock key (the lower right button, the one that's red, and hangs up if you're in a call).

That used to work for me, but it no longer does. 

I have installed email notification from Samsung, a few hacks from this site (clean startup-shutdown; nonescalating ring), and I installed a registry editor (can't remember the brand name), but none of those should affect the lock button.

I don't really have time to do factory reset and reinstall everything one by one to see which breaks that button (these applications are not the problem: the issue is my corporate email setup), so I thought I'd give a try here first….

Anyone have any suggestions?
