I recently received a refurbished epix (today, actually), and I noticed there are a couple things that not working.

Most noticably, the 3G is not working at all. Here's what I do:

Start>Programs>Media Net>Error Message: Cannot Connect Dialed: img.cingular Cannot connect for an unknown reason. To check of your connection settings and change them if needed, tap Settings. If the problem continues, reset your mobile device according to your manufacturer's documentation and try again.

Click Settings>MY WAP Networks- This connection is prefigured. It cannot be modified.

I have hard reset 3 times already.

My second issue is about the file storage. After my first hard reset, I was trying to download some pictures offline for wallpaper, but when I went to go find them, they were gone. A couple hard resets later, I decided to experiement with Microsoft Word. This is what I found:

Go to word, create a new file, save as 1.docx Folder: Business Location: Main Memory

Alright, here's where I go to look for it in “my Stuff”

Start>Programs>My Stuff>My Device>My Documents>Business and voila- no file.

when I open word though, it's visible. Something's not right here.

If anyone can find a fix to either of these problems, it'd be helpful, but if the best advice is to send it back and pray for a better one, i'll take that too.
