I'm not exactly sure why because it seems useless and confusing to have them in different places, but there are two different sets of alarms on the phone. One can be accessed by clicking on the time on the today screen, and includes three alarms. The other can be accessed by going to Start>Programs>Organizer>Alarms, and includes a Wake-up alarm (which itself has three alarms) and 4 other alarms.  The Wake-up alarm also allows you to set an alarm for certain days of the week like the three that can be set through the today screen, so I'm assuming its this one that has somehow been set. So, in total the phone has 10 alarms (which seems a little excessive to me lol). Hope this solves your problem!
