twodrpsi,
Are you referring to the “nonescalating ring” fix?
For me, the nonescalating ring fix only fixes, well, the nonescalating ring. Even with that fix installed (and it is the best thing to happen since the clean startup/shutdown fix), my phone rings on my side (not caller's side) usually twice, occasionally three times, sometimes only once, before sending the call to voice mail. It's pretty much impossible to get to it in that timeframe unless I have it in my hand. Caller gets many more rings on their side.
I have been on the phone with many, many people from AT&T, and they tell me it's because there are 5 degraded towers in my area. (Well, go fix 'em!)
However, I didn't used to have this problem. I bought the phone in Nov, and everything was fine until about two months ago. Now, I can't answer any incoming calls.
Here's the best part: IT DOESN'T HAPPEN WHEN I USE SOMEONE ELSE'S SIM CARD.
Anyone else (still) having this problem?
