i cant get pass the starting of the updates i did everything it said before running the updates,  i click on the update program, enter the codes,  plug the phone while its off and then turn it on,  and the problems start there,  it would say device found fail,,, close device timeout,( and it would say that about four times in a row. or sometime it do all the steps, i would have the phone off, plug it in my computer and turn it on then it would pop up saying windows has close this program,  while the phone is powering back on,  Has anyone experience that?   i have windows vista premium 32 bit, i downloading the vista update program.  i try calling samsung and they didnt know anything,  i even try on a xp computer using the xp update, still nothing,  can someone please help me with this update.  it would help if someone give me some step by step about doing this or some troubleshooting  , thanks in advance.
