I'm not sure if most people are aware of it, but Windows Mobile 6.1 has tucked away a small application that acts like the windowsXP/VISTA TaskManager and is called as such, since most programs in windowsMobile do NOT shut down after use, it allows selectively to switch to program X or kill it respectively and show the CPU usage of the applications running.

I personally have put it on my TODAY screen via Resco Explorer – TodayShortcuts (NOT a free app! but one of the much better “Windows Explorers”) but you can also put it on the Start Menu.
