I'm wondering a couple of things, maybe someone here can help?  I won't use the Epix's camera too heavily, I have a good DSLR. However, it is servicable in a pinch, and will be with me everywhere. So, I'm wondering first:

  • Since the Epix has a built-in GPS, can it natively geotag the photos it takes?

If not, then my next question:

  • Is there a way that the phone can timestamp photos? It seems like the photos that the Epix generates don't have EXIF information…no timestamps, etc. I was going to at least use a GPX file to geotag the photos, but I can't do that.

Any thoughts?

It should have a geotagging program you can use. I haven't tried it, so let me know if it works for you
