I saw the other thread about turning off phone and that will turn off the data. But here's the deal – I'm traveling overseas for only about 10 days. I need the phone and text function internationally but don't want to pay the roaming for the data plan. According to ATT, i have to cancel the data plan and then reinstate when I return. it all seems a bit silly – is there anyway to just shut off the data plan on the phone while traveling? Thanks!
