Where is the voice recorder in EPIX?

I have been looking for it.  The specs say it has one.  I did a search of the manual for “voice recorder” no items found.

Does anyone know how I can access it?

The reason is I want to set a song as a ring tone, but I don't want it to play at the begining of the song.  I want it to start at the chorus.  So with my last phone I would record the portion  I wanted and set it.  But I can't find the voice recorder.  Alternatively, does anyone know how to set the ring tone the way I describe?

well, you could transfer your song as an MP3 or WAVE file (that you may have edited beforehand on your desktop PC) onto your Epix/Saga PDA-phone, and then you use the internal File Explorer, browse to the audio-file, and then tap-hold to select it, athen choose SET AS RING TONE icon smile Samsung Epix Forums
