I have had my epix for a week now. This sight has been really helpful.  I do like this phone but I'm hitting a wall with certain features and there is still alot to explore. So far I have three new issues.


1. I hate showing my sim contacts and outlook contacts. How can I get my sim contacts to stop showing without deleting my sim card?


2. I've been trying to convert files to cab files but large cab files will not load to phone is there away around this or a reason why converted files will not load.


3. Does this phone support pdf files? I loaded a pdf file but it would not open.

Hi Z,


The only think I might be able to help you with is PDFs.  You don't want to transfer the file — let ActiveSync do it for you (via the filesync section — sorry, I'm not on a computer that has AS right now, I can't tell you exactly what it's called).  There's a conversion that happens when you go through ActiveSync that doesn't happen if you just move the file yourself.  It's worked for me on most files.
