Hey!


Thinking about buying an Epix because it has wifi and will readily sync with my PC. The price tag of 180 after rebate is better than the prices of a BlackBerry Bold!

Either way, I have a couple questions:

- Is their anyway to get flash on this device?

- Is the WiFi strength any good? As in, my laptop gets 5 bars 30 feet away from a hotspot, would the phone also get 4-5 bars?

- Can default the phone to WiFi so you don't have to toggle back and forth risking the use of data?

- Will AT&T block data usage for you?

- Is their a way when the phone is in WiFi mode that all apps will work with wifi as apposed to data?

- Can you use the GPS with Google Maps without having to use data but instead wifi? I see that it is AGPS and that is kind of worrying me

- Is the camera any good?

I can't help with with the wifi vs. data, since I don't worry about it myself.

The Skyfire browser supports flash, so you can get flash on the phone.  The upcoming version of Opera Mobile is suppose to have it as well.

I can't give you a distance on the wifi, but I can tell you that I've never had a problem connecting or getting a bad connection.

Google maps does require either data or wifi (you're probably aware of this).  But I do want to mention that Google maps works great on the phone.
