Samsung Epix Forums

Hmmm… well, I've gotten DosBox running on the Epix pretty well.  I had a hard time getting any version of it to run properly (either the screen would be screwed up, or the mouse cursor wouldn't track my stylus, or the keyboard wouldn't work right…)

I finally got the source for pckDos, and hacked it up.  I was even able to make the on-screen keyboard show completely (since the epix has more vertical screen space), and the cursor does a pretty good job of tracking the stylus (except sometimes in Ultima UW2, where dragging the mouse inside the 3D view port stops at the edge of the view port, causing the two to become unsynchronized).

I was going to post it here once I got a few more bugs worked out, and made some of my modifications selectable from the dosbox.conf file.  But I don't really have a good place to host my files.  Any suggestions anyone? (sourceforge makes my skin crawl — it's cripplingly slow)

Also, for some reason, my user account got dropped.  Said “invalid username”.  Was it something I said?  I often manage to offend someone without even knowing it…
