does S20 adapter support headphones?

Hi All,


Does the S20-to-3.5mm adapter (that comes with Epix) support headphones (that is, both audio and mic)?  I want to use it with Etymotic's HF2 (http://www.etymotic.com/ephp/hf2.aspx), if the adapter will support it.  (Some links I've found indicate that the adapter only supports headsets/earphones — audio-only – and not mic.)


Another way to answer:  Does the S20-to-3.5mm adapter have 4 contacts or 3?
