I've got a folder in Programs with the name “AT&T Navigator.”  It's obviously from a partial install of AT&T Navigator, but I have uninstalled the program and it doesn't go away.  There's garbage in it.  I can't delete it.

What are some ways to unlock the filesystem so I can delete this junk?  Are there reg hacks, or does it require installing an application (and then what do you like that's free)? 

Will the same registry setting/program also allow me to show extension on files?  (I was a PocketPC user from waaaaay back — iPAQ 3650 – and I found some way to do it there, so I suspect it can be done with Windows Mobile on my Epix, but I don't remember how I did it.)

You could try Resco File Explorer or Total Commander for the PocketPC..Those are going to be your best bets I think…
