I there is any way to turn of or disable/delete the sound effects for the Samsung Today Screen 2.0?

Now that they put it in a seperate set of files not protected on ROM, you should be able to find the secst_wheel.wav file it copies over and replace it with a silent/empty wave file.  I didn't install it yet, but the xml in the cab shows it being put in %CE1% which should be Program Files folder.


For the extreme hackers you should also be able to edit the DLL and EXE files now too with something like Resource Hacker to change strings/shortcuts, icons, etc.

Thanks.  I tried to replace it with a sound effect of my own but it ended up making it silent.  I won either way.  Success.
